After making everyone miss the train because I couldn’t find the station and sweating on the platform for 20 or 30 minutes, we were off to downtown. We had a yummy lunch, took in the Dallas Museum of Art and another train ride. The day was lots of fun. But, I have to be honest, any place where the only two rules are: Don’t touch ANYTHING and don’t RUN, is hard to take small boys. However, I do think they are smarter and more cultured just for having been there. Thanks Monica and Jennifer! Apparently the way back of my fridge gets really cold. I went to crack one and it was frozen solid inside. The next one was already cracked from expansion and I had to run it under water to get the shell to come off. They took a little while to thaw in the bowl so that I could scramble them but all in all they tasted exactly the same to me.
