we are a single-parent home at the moment, since my wife abandoned us for the greener pastures of georgia.  so, with daddy in charge of cooking, we’ve been partaking of my specialty (picture above) for just about every meal.  we are suffering but surviving, and i’m pretty sure i’m locking up father of the year this week.

okay, i guess i should mention that my mom came up to help out, and brought a ton of great food and has taken us out to eat a bunch.  and she never stops working.  i’m sitting here at the computer, and she’s been scrubbing my oven for an hour.  i guess i should turn this off and go help her now.
